CareCredit is a healthcare credit card which allows you to access treatment without worrying about the immediate costs. It offers varying payment periods (requiring minimum monthly payments), along with several offers which help you avoid paying interest.
Healthcare Payment Solutions provides a flexible option for patients who either do not have insurance or need assistance meeting the expenses that their insurance does not cover. With this service, there is no credit check, and signing only requires a one-time set-up fee.
We want to help our patients feel as comfortable as possible, so we also offer financing through our office, where payment arrangements can be made that are agreeable to all parties involved.
Our goal at Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and care that you need. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits, especially when they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, our treatment is often cheaper and more effective than more standard medical options such as pain medication or invasive surgery.
ChiroHealthUSA
Much like purchasing a AAA or Costco membership, ChiroHealthUSA is an acceptance-guaranteed discount program, which not only covers the primary member, but their entire immediate family as well.
For only one annual payment of $49.00, ChiroHealthUSA members will receive:
- 30% off all normal clinic visits
- 5% off all durable medical goods
- 5% off all stock orthotics, pillows & supports
- 5% off all nutritional supplements & products
- 10% off all custom orthotics & supports
What This Means For You
Whether you have insurance or you’re a cash-paying patient, this plan can make a huge difference in the amount of money you save during your treatment.
If are not covered by an insurance plan, the ChiroHealthUSA membership program will save you 30% on our services; however, if you currently have insurance or plan on getting it in the near future, the discounted membership rates will actually go towards meeting your deductible.
Once your deductible is met, if you wish to cancel your membership and strictly use your insurance policy for payment, you can cancel at anytime for no extra charge. However, since most insurance plans limit the amount of chiropractic visits allowed each year (15-20 avg.), retaining your membership will allow you to receive further treatment at the discounted rate.

Health on a Budget
At Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab, we truly believe that prevention is the best cure, and regular chiropractic care is less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover from various injuries after they’ve already occurred.
