Myofascial Disruption Technique (MFDT)
Since we work with a lot of athletes and various sports injuries, Myofascial
Disruption Technique is commonly used as an effective approach to treating soft tissue injuries, which are often the result of a separation or
disruption of the fascia (layer of connective tissue which surrounds the muscles, blood vessels, and nerves).
Often, the fascia disruption occurs in a band-like separation within the muscle or, many times, at the insertion point of a tendon or ligament.
This technique, which is scientifically based and clinically proven, not only decreases pain, but also immediately restores strength and range of motion without the threat of recurrence.
