Athletes

With extensive experience in successfully treating athletes as the team chiropractor for the Atlanta Falcons and the referring chiropractor for the Gwinnett Braves, as well as working individually with other professional athletes from around the country, Dr. Krzemien understands the stressors that intense sports training can place upon the body.

When you have ailing shoulders, knees, ankles, elbows, etc., your ability to perform the movements necessary to excel at your sport lessens, and serious injuries become a strong possibility.

Therefore, without proper care, the life of an athlete in his or her sport can be cut drastically short.

With this in mind, our goal is to help you achieve a level of conditioning that is tailored to your body, which will allow you to absorb force and perform at an accelerated level.

Our all-inclusive method focuses on the athlete as a whole, because several elements come into play when setting up an internal environment where you can truly excel at your sport.

It is not about simply running fast or being the strongest—it’s about tying those key components together by working on your diet (a.k.a. properly fueling the tank), aligning you body so each muscle works as a part of the whole being, targeting weakness before it leads to injury, and training your muscles to absorb force and impact.

Amazing athletes are not born—they have trained their bodies to respond in a manner that allows it to function as a congruent whole.
